For over 16 years I have been involved in the energy procurement processes for large consumers of electricity or gas.

I gained my first experience in this area in the international TESCO group, where I was responsible for energy procurement for its entities in Central Europe and Turkey. 6 years ago, I co-founded the consulting company E & C Consultants in Central Europe. I was responsible for its development and direct cooperation with clients in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia as well as in the Baltics and the Balkans. At the same time,I coordinated energy procurement activities in Western Europe countries mainly in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal and in Italy.

I am currently a co-founder and partner at Enerace. On a daily basis, I use my previousexperience and knowledge for building innovative procurement solutions that meet thehighest expectations of my clients. Privately, I train Triathlon, hiking and record strong guitar riffs.

I am procurement expert with over fourteen years of experience in international companies and corporations.

On my career path, I managed teams of buyers in the areas of FMCG, finance and the energy industry. Currently, I am focused on the electricity and gas procurement as well as searching of funding opportunities for renewable energy sources. For 6 years, I co-founded the consulting company E&C Consultants in Central Europe. I was responsible for the management, development of E&C in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary as well as in Romania and Croatia. I am currently a co-founder and partner at Enerace. Reducing the risk of energy procurement and the benefits that can be found it this field have become my passion.

Privately, for over a dozen years I have been doing cross-country long-distance runs and I am a real do-it-yourself enthusiast.

For over 18 years, I have been developing my professional career, combining experience in sales, customer service, and running my own production and service company. For the past nine years, I have been working in procurement, and my experience in an international environment has allowed me to understand the specifics of collaborating with suppliers from Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and China. I have negotiated transactions involving the purchase of machinery, services, and systems, which taught me how to effectively align business objectives with real operational needs.

For the past six years, I have specialized in energy and gas procurement, and for over three years now — as a consultant at Enerace — I have been supporting companies in optimizing costs and making strategic purchasing decisions. Thanks to my experience, I can view the energy market both from an analytical perspective and as a practitioner who understands the challenges faced by energy-intensive companies. I am fluent in English and Czech.

Outside of work, I am passionate about sports — most often playing football, training in boxing, and staying fit at the gym. In sports, just like at work, I value consistency, discipline, and determination in pursuing goals.

I gained my first professional experience in the industrial and technical sector, where I learned the practical aspects of how the energy industry operates — from designing installations to managing data and procurement processes. In the following years, I joined an international consulting company specializing in energy procurement, supporting teams operating in Central and Western European markets.

For the past two years, I have been developing my career in the field of energy consulting. At Enerace, I support clients in tenders for the purchase of electricity, gas, and guarantees of origin. I prepare market and legislative analyses and co-create energy reports that help companies make data-driven decisions based on the realities of the European energy market.

In my work, I combine an analytical approach with a business perspective — showing how numbers translate into procurement strategies and risk management. Outside of work, I look for balance through movement — I run, climb, and surf. I also follow financial and commodity markets with interest, where energy meets capital.

I gained my professional experience in Polish and international manufacturing companies, where I was responsible for production process planning, material procurement, inventory management, and coordinating production and deliveries from factories to logistics centers in Spain and France. From the perspective of someone managing logistics and production operations, I observed how rising energy costs, decarbonization requirements, and the push for renewable energy development have become major challenges for companies.

This experience inspired me to change my career path and apply my knowledge in a new area — energy consulting. Today, as a consultant at Enerace, I combine an analytical approach with a practical understanding of our clients’ realities, supporting them in making informed purchasing decisions, conducting market analyses, selecting and contracting suppliers, aligning existing agreements with their current needs, and adapting to the rapidly changing legislative environment of the energy market.

Privately, I most enjoy spending time walking in the forest with my dogs, being around horses — my lifelong passion — or practicing yoga.
