Enerace Sp. z o.o. implements a project co-financed from European Funds Fri Streamlining customer service in making them fast and efficientdecisions on the purchase of electricity and natural gas. Implementation of process innovation in the form of dedicated software for the automation of issuing processes recommendations for clients and the automation of other activities on the Enerace platform online.
The aim of the project is to improve security and streamline the customer service process.
